Great value for money, spacious rooms with comfy beds and a smart plug system for easy lighting control. The hotel's location near Namba station was super convenient, with plenty of late-night dining options nearby. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety or some daily specials.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and the bustling streets of the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was impressed with the level of comfort, service, and quality this hotel provided.

The room was clean, comfy and well-equipped. We had all the essentials we needed, including toiletries and even hair accessories. The hotel staff could speak English well, which was a convenient bonus. The location was great with easy access to transportation, shopping districts and popular tourist spots. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of tasty food.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel location isn't as close to the popular attractions as advertised, 7 minutes away from the station. The housekeeping is below average, with a lot of dust in the room that may disturb those with allergies. The air conditioner is not up to expectation. However, the bathroom is chic and modern, similar to an airplane bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and the hotel gives a lively, modern vibe.
The breakfast options are limited, with not much variety.

The hotel room was quite spacious and well-equipped with convenient amenities such as a drink coin machine and coin laundry machine. the staff were helpful and friendly, with the added convenience of being able to speak English. the hotel's strategic location near the direct station to Kansai International Airport made traveling easy.
Although the bathroom was clean, it was a bit of a tight squeeze. the room was not entirely clean as there were fine dust particles present.

Perfectly clean and comfy accommodation with all necessary toiletries provided. The location is excellent with easy access to the train station and walking distance to popular sightseeing spots. there are plenty of dining options nearby offering quality meals at an affordable price.
The noise level from the street-facing rooms can be disruptive, especially during peak hours. while the room is adequate for a short stay, there may not be enough space to comfortably unpack for a longer trip.
